  • Current delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after receipt of order.

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email.

Returns, cancellation and exchange

You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

How returns or exchanges work

  • Returns: Send the item back to the address above within 14 days.
    For clear assignment of the return, the sender must match the buyer or the name given in the order. Otherwise, processing may be delayed.

  • Exchange: Return the item and simply reorder the desired item.

Important conditions

  • We can only accept undamaged items in original packaging.

  • For sets, returns are only possible if all parts are returned completely.

  • Please pack the jewelry in such a way that it is not damaged during return shipping, ideally in the original box.

Please note when returning

  • Please do not send your return freight collect or uninsured, the customer bears the shipping costs for the return.

  • We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so you can prove your return in case of loss.

Guarantee, warranty, damaged goods

In cases of guarantee or warranty, we will of course help you. Please send us an email with photos of the damage to info@oceevia.com
If your product has defects or errors, we would appreciate a short note with as precise a description as possible.

Processing and refund

After your return arrives at our logistics center, it will be processed. This process can take up to two weeks.
Refunds are generally made via the original payment method, for advance payment to your bank account, for PayPal to your PayPal account.
